    dagma.utils.simulate_dag¶

    dagma.utils.simulate_dag(d: int, s0: int, graph_type: str) → numpy.ndarray¶

    Simulate random DAG with some expected number of edges.

    Parameters:¶
    d : int¶

    num of nodes

    s0 : int¶

    expected num of edges

    graph_type : str¶

    One of ["ER", "SF", "BP"]

    Returns:¶

    \((d, d)\) binary adj matrix of DAG

    Return type:¶

    numpy.ndarray
